Beginner Pole Dance routine to Usher - OMG (temporary vid for my students)
For those who are not my students but would like to give it a go yourself, listen to the musical cues that goes with the dance steps. I tried to keep it simple. Have fun :) beginner students: 1st combo: front to back hook spin, to fireman 2nd combo: swoop to back stag, to sunwheel Intermediate students: 1st combo: right leg hang, layback 2nd combo: inverted V to gemini The complete routine will be posted shortly and will replace this one.
